This course provides training on how to perform system administration on Avaya IP Office. The course includes lecture sessions plus hands-on activities to develop skills in using the administration tools available for Avaya IP Office systems. Lecture provides high level introduction to IPO solutions which includes overview on the latest release software and features. In addition you will be provided with the ability to ask specific questions and practice configuring users and SIP trunking on IP Office Servers.

Audience: New IP Office system administrators or system administrators requiring a refresher of Avaya IP Office system administration.
