Master Purchasing Agreements

Master Purchasing Agreements (MPA) enable schools (K-12, Colleges, Universities), libraries and government entities to streamline and simplify their IT procurement process.  The MPAs are a result of a contract award based on Cerium’s participation and selection in a public, competitively solicited RFP issued by a lead agency or cooperative (government entity/educational entity) using a competitive solicitation process consistent with applicable procurement laws and regulations.
