Structure for Strategy
To achieve success in accomplishing what we are setting out to do with Vision 2030, we will target a more persistent connection to the Vision throughout the 5-year plan. Associates will participate and be updated on a quarterly basis through All Associates events. A dashboard of companywide measures of success will be established and available to track our progress.
We will celebrate the successes and positive news from across the organization. We will proactively reset where improvement opportunities exist. And we will align in departmental goal setting to bring the organization strategy to our individual teams, and ultimately to the individuals to contribute. This is an opportunity for all associates to take ownership of how they contribute to Cerium accomplishing our goals with Vision 2030.
