In fact, Cerium is the only Avaya Business Partner headquartered in the Northwest to have achieved this status—and has done so each year since its inception. The Partner in Customer Excellence designation identifies and rewards business partners who achieve significantly high scores in Avaya’s independent customer satisfaction surveys (CSAT), which are a part of Avaya’s rigorous customer satisfaction program.

Avaya Edge is an innovative new program that helps partners like Cerium give customers the best possible experience.
The purpose of the Edge program is to ensure that Avaya connects its customers to the right partners. As a requirement, Avaya’s Diamond Partners are equipped with considerable local and market expertise so that they can offer flexible, integrated solutions designed around each customer’s needs.
The Edge program includes comprehensive training, rigorous competency testing, and high expectations in customer satisfaction scores, to name a few. The Edge program includes three levels; Emerald, Sapphire, and Diamond—based on partner achievements. Cerium has maintained a Diamond level (formally know as a Platinum Business Partner) since 2003.
