Cerium Networks Now Holds One of Very Few Cisco ATP Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) Authorizations!

Cerium Networks announced today that it has achieved the Unified Contact Center Enterprise Authorized Technology Provider (UCCE) status from Cisco. “Cerium is one of a very few partners worldwide to hold this authorization” says Sherri Suppelsa, Partner Account Manager for Cisco.

This Authorization along with other recognitions from Cisco as a Gold Certified Partner, a Master Collaboration Specialization, and Master Security Specialization puts Cerium Networks in an exclusive group of Cisco UC integrators.

The UCCE designation recognizes Cerium as having fulfilled the training requirements and program prerequisites to sell, deploy, and support Cisco Unified Contact Center solutions targeted to the high-end enterprise contact center marketplace. To qualify for Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise ATP status, Cerium had to meet a number of requirements, from achieving the Cisco Advanced Unified Communications Specialization to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. At the completion of Cerium’s ATP Audit, Ken George, Partner Business Development Director at Cisco, had this to say to the Cerium team: “This is the most demanding and complex authorization Cisco has today. A huge congratulations, you knocked it out of the park. This is one of the best ATP audits the Cisco Audit team as seen.

This UCCE certification continues to demonstrate Cerium’s dedication to providing our clients with the best team and solutions for their success.” said Susan Anderson, Vice President of Technical Sales of Cerium. “We are proud to be an elite Cisco partner with the technical capabilities to successfully plan, design, implement, and manage the latest Cisco Collaboration technology, from voice, video, team messaging and enterprise contact center solutions.

“We take our role as a trusted advisor to our clients very seriously,” added Roger Junkermier, President at Cerium Networks. “Completing our UCCE ATP further showcases our efforts to better serve our clients and bring our Consult, Integrate, Operate (CIO) approach to Contact Center Enterprise. This recognizes our resolve to truly partner with our clients and engage in the entire lifecycle, including delivering enterprise-grade solutions with proven experience.

At the completion of the audit, Roger addressed his organization with these sentiments: “After almost eight months of exhaustive work, the Cerium Contact Center team achieves a very rare authorization; ATP Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise. What a fantastic and significant accomplishment this team has achieved. Thank you all, you make each of us proud and once again we have shown that when we work together we are UNSTOPPABLE.
